Performance will always be the heart of Staff & Ledger. Our work is to embed it in a system that includes repertoire curation, a composer ecosystem, premium media that drives discovery, a publishing house with fairer economics, and a disciplined operating model.

OUR STRUCTURE
Staff & Ledger is currently an independent artistic venture and is not yet a 501(c)(3). We’ve established clear financial stage gates to meet before pursuing nonprofit status, ensuring the organization’s structure follows a sustainable model rather than getting ahead of its mission.
If you have experience with—or can recommend—a fiscal sponsor aligned with our vision, we’d welcome an introduction.
Gifts are securely processed through Stripe and directly support artist compensation, commissions, production, and the continued development of Staff & Ledger.
